That is the opening statement from the Aviara Health website. This is a new upstart company in which a man I consider a friend, Henry Weinacker, is helping to get off the ground. This company is starting to take hold in my hometown area and Henry, along with some former classmates of mine, are really taking the area by storm; they are motivated and ready to give good, new health to anyone willing to take the chance on a better life- Not only health wise, but financially. These drinks are amazing and have many benefits to offer you.

Aviara AM
Aviara AM is the "Feel better for the day" drink. When you get up in the moring and drink this, it's like a peppy, overexcited cheerleader saying, "Good morning, sunshine!" This AM blend includes powerful antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and other ingredients to support focus, positive mood, energy, and stamina. A few ingredients and their benfits include:
-Resveratrol, Grape Seed Extract, and Green Tea which provide energy
-Reseveratrol, Pomegranate, and Curcumin which provide anti-aging benefits

This drink blends anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients, plus others that support sleep, stress relief, detoxification, and cellular restoration. Alright everyone.... Here's my update on the Aviara Health System...

Well, I got my trial shipment and I must say, I am thoroughly surprised. The drinks are amazing! I have now had both of them and used them for the trial period of 5 days which cost roughly $60. I must say I impressed... I have more energy even after not using it now for the last 3 days. The energy you gain from the AM drink is 100% more than you would normally have; being in Iraq, I believe that energy has been essential. With my crazy schedule, my sleep schedule sometimes gets thrown off and the PM drink solved that problem... I felt more relaxed than ever after drinking the PM drink and was able to sleep well even after having my sleep schedule thrown off balance.

My overall opinion of the product is that you should really give it a try. I do not know whether it is anti-aging but I do know it is delicious and it appears to work the way the company says it does. Thank you Henry and the founders of Aviara Health Systems.
