Hello, all... I am William H. Cobb and I am hubbing just to be hubbing... Well, that and trying to earn a bit of money to get an iPad. I'm trying to use my salary from the Army to provide for my family and use the little bit I make from hubpages and a couple of sites I found to "earn" my iPad.
